I've never done Lagree before. Can I still take a class?

Absolutely. Most of our clients start as complete beginners. Our instructors guide you through everything, and you can go at your own pace while you learn the method.

What should I expect in my first class?

Expect a full-body, low-impact workout that challenges you in a new way. It may feel unfamiliar at first, but that’s part of the process—we’ll help you get comfortable quickly.

What should I wear?

Form-fitting activewear is best so you can move comfortably and safely. Grip socks are mandatory.

How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early for your first class so we can walk you through the machine and get you set up.

What is Lagree?

Lagree is a low-impact, high-intensity workout performed on a specialized machine designed to build strength, endurance, and stability—all while being gentle on your joints.

Is Lagree like Pilates?

They’re similar in some ways, but Lagree is more intense and focused on muscular endurance. It’s designed to deliver faster, more noticeable results.

Is it hard?

It’s challenging—but in a way that feels effective, not overwhelming. You’ll be pushed, but always supported.

How do I book a class?

All classes are booked through our online system. You can view the schedule and reserve your spot directly through our booking page.

What is your cancellation policy?

Classes must be canceled within [X hours] to avoid a late cancel or no-show fee.

Do you offer memberships or class packages?

Yes—we offer both memberships and class packs so you can choose what works best for your schedule and routine.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just yourself and a water bottle. Grip socks are recommended, and everything else will be provided.
